No fluff, just honest answers to all your burning questions. Whether you're just starting to notice changes or knee-deep in the journey, this is your space to learn, share, and laugh through it all. Come hang out and get the unfiltered scoop!
During this unique experience, guests will create their own custom-poured candle while participating in an honest, approachable conversation about what is really happening with their hormones. This interactive evening will blend candle pouring, meaningful discussion, and real education in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
Together, we’ll explore common symptoms such as fatigue, weight changes, mood shifts, brain fog, sleep disruption, and changes in libido — and discuss evidence-based strategies to support metabolism, emotional wellbeing, sexual health, and overall vitality during this stage of life.
