This is an eight-week strength and conditioning camp designed for high school and middle school athletes with Coach Brandon Ireland
Starts Monday, June 1st through Friday, August 7th.
The camp aims to enhance acceleration, deceleration, speed, jumping ability, and overall strength.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Middle School Athletes: 11 am
High School Athletes: 12:00 pm
Each session lasts for 60 minutes.
Limited spots available. Early bird rate for first three athletes to sign up. Rate increase April 1st and May 1st.
