This routine is soulful and sassy with an impressive chair trick. It is hot hot hot and will work those thighs. PLUS you can wear your heels!
WHAT TO WEAR
Body suits with tights will be perfect and if you want to wear a skirt, make sure it is short so you can easily move around. I also have ballroom heels which makes the slut drops easier. Fancy dress is totally optional.
PROPS
None needed but you can wear heels if you wish. Just make sure they are securely strapped to your foot with a solid heel, no slip-ons please.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring a bottle of water and warm layers like a long cardigan or a cosy tracksuit for the cool down.
