Our next burgundy series will transport you to the sun-kissed vineyards of Meursault. Domaine Buisson-Charles –founded in 1960 family-owned gem renowned for crafting some of the region's most refined Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs. With meticulous attention to organic farming and low-intervention techniques, their wines capture the pure, vibrant soul of Premier Cru and Village-level sites like Meursault Charmes, Puligny-Montrachet, and Volnay. Expect layers of ripe fruit, subtle minerality, and elegant oak integration that have earned them acclaim from critics worldwide. Their wines are produced in limited qualities-typically under 40hl/ha yields-ensuring intensity and authenticity in every bottle. We would be tasting 4 premier cru and a Meursault village. Monday night 8 people 5 wines as usual.
