Buntu is more than a party — it’s a space where creative souls unite. A community built on respect, freedom of expression, and shared energy. Whether you arrive with friends or step in alone, you’re welcomed into a safe environment where new connections are made on the dancefloor. An intimate, stripped-back gathering where music speaks and the crowd becomes the rhythm.
For this edition, we’ve opened the platform to up-and-coming DJs and new collaborations, creating space for fresh energy and evolving sounds.
We come together beneath the city at Arch 535, where music becomes the language and togetherness becomes the rhythm.

** Samantha Blackburn **
South African–born and London-based, Samantha Blackburn is the driving force behind BUNTU, a platform dedicated to deep, tribal and percussive sounds from across the global underground. Known for her hypnotic, groove-led sets, she blends Afro-tech, deep house and rolling techno into a warm, rhythmic journey built for the dancefloor.
**Big Nick D **
Originally from the South West and London based for nearly three decades, Big Nick D has carved out a steady path through the UK underground as a DJ, producer, and the driving force behind Bank of Switches.
Launched as a club night in 2014, the project has since evolved into a vinyl-only label rooted in minimal, micro, and deep tech sounds. In a short time, the imprint has built a strong catalogue, featuring artists such as Steve O’Sullivan, Alex Arnout, Terry Francis, Luther Vine, and more.
Deep, stripped-back selections with a focus on quality, groove, and the dancefloor.
**Lauretta**
Lauretta’s journey moves between Italy and the UK, shaped by underground rooms, vinyl selections, and evolving dancefloors. Her sound is fluid and expressive, rooted in house and electronic music with a deep, soulful edge.
She began in Sardinia, becoming the island’s first female DJ and earning respect for her progressive, experimental vinyl sets. From intimate underground spaces to established European lineups, she quickly became a key presence in the local scene.
London became the next chapter, where years spent in iconic venues helped her explore house in all its colours — afro, Latin, funky, and soulful. Now back in Italy, her selections reflect years of movement, connection, and dancefloor experience, bridging scenes from Sardinia to Ibiza, Tulum, and London.
**Michiko**
Michiko brings an uplifting, groove-driven energy to the dancefloor, blending progressive house, tech house, and techno into smooth, flowing journeys. His sets are built with intention — structured, dynamic, and always focused on connection.
With a background in Creative Music Production, sound engineering, and sound design, he approaches DJing with a producer’s ear, crafting transitions and moments with precision. Influenced by artists like San Pacho, Skrillex, and Daft Punk, his sound balances drive, melody, and rhythm, keeping the floor moving from start to finish.
