Buns of Steel: Take Your Gluteus to the Maximum

This 8-week, 16-session Glute Activation & Strength Program is designed to help you master proper activation and form before progressively building strength for powerful, well-defined glutes. Throughout the program, you’ll focus on technique, alignment and muscle engagement using bands, weights and purposeful reps—so you feel the work exactly where you should. Perfect for all fitness levels looking to train smarter and move better.
$40 per week, with 8-week commitment

By registering, you are committing to the 8-week program. Reservations, modifications and cancellations required by Friday, March 13 at 4 p.m. Any changes made after this time, as well as failure to attend, will result in being charged the full event price. Reimbursements will not be given for missed sessions. A minimum of 8 people must be registered by the deadline for this program to run.
