The Yoga Instructor: Tami Noblet
Tami completed her yoga teacher certification in July 2023. She has been practicing yoga since 2013, both in-studio and at home. Tami was first inspired by a close friend and yogi, and continues practicing to live a healthy and balanced life. She is also an English language teacher and regularly works with children and adults who are multilingual, including refugees and immigrants. This work has allowed her to deepen her ability to bring patience and understanding while connecting with diverse populations.
Tami specializes in gentle balancing and strengthening hatha yoga, and brings a playful, light-hearted mindset to her classes.
