Mandurah dojo is conducting a follow up Bunkai (Practical Applications) workshop addressing the kata: Saifa. Students will be able to train on a series of flowing/connecting drills to apply self defence applications based on the kata.Students attending must know Saifa for this workshop. Invitations go out to Goju Ryu and Shito Ryu style students.
Focus is on teaching the techniques to engage in the applications of the kata. You will improve your close quarter fighting/self defence skills.
Cost is $15 per person.
Class will be in G Block, please wear your Gi, bring a mouth guard.
