For those who want to make a day of it, some of us will be meeting at the hall early in the morning at 930am to go out to the Bungonia national park only 11 minutes away for some grounding time in nature and a drum circle. We will then head back to the Hall for some brunch at the Hall Cafe and commence the sound healing at 2pm.
Bring a blanket, a yoga mat and two pillows, one for your head and one for under your knees. This will give you greater comfort on the wooden floor. Bring water to hydrate yourself after the sound healing. $30 per person on the day, for booking call mudita on 0415356697
