Join us for our Mommy + Me Walk in Austin, TX at The Loren Café at 9:30 am with our friends at Perelel and Bala! A morning filled with community and time together with fellow mamas and little ones.

1. I grant Perelel Inc. ('Perelel') and Bala Bangles
Inc. ('Bala Bangles') a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, repost, share, edit, publish, and distribute my name, likeness, image, voice, event participation, and any photos, videos, posts, or other content I create or submit in connection
with the program ("Content") across Perelel's and Bala Bangle’s marketing, advertising, social media, website, and other promotional channels, without additional compensation. I understand that Perelel may re-share my Content and that third parties may also
re-share once published. If I bring a child to an event, I confirm I am the parent or guardian, and consent to the incidental capture and use of the child's image in any Content I create or permit to be shared.
2.Event Liability. I understand that participation
in any events hosted, organized, or attended as part of the program may involve physical activity and other risks. I voluntarily assume all risks of participation and release Perelel together with its affiliates, partners, co-hosts, sponsors, event producers,
venue partners, and any third parties involved in the event (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities that may arise from my participation in such events.
3. Acknowledgment. I confirm I am at least 18 years
old and that this consent is governed by the laws of the State of California. Please note that parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children during this event. By attending, you acknowledge that the Released Parties are not responsible
for injuries or incidents involving minors.
