We’re hosting a Prenatal Yoga + Breakfast Morning and would love for you to be there!
Come enjoy a gentle prenatal yoga session, fresh bagels and breakfast, and an open Q&A with Dr. Annie and Dr. Rachel where you can ask questions about pregnancy, preparing your body for birth, and supporting your nervous system along the way.
Whether you’re newly pregnant or getting closer to meeting your baby, this is a sweet chance to slow down, connect, and feel supported in community with other moms.
