BUMPS, BABIES & BRUNCH

We’re so excited to invite you to our next beautifully curated Bumps, Babies & Brunch at the stunning The Nici, Bournemouth.
Join us for a relaxed and welcoming morning designed especially for expectant mums, new mums and little ones — the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded mums, enjoy quality time with your baby, and take a little time for yourself too.
This month’s brunch has a special focus on weaning, nutrition and feeding confidence, and we are incredibly excited to be joined by the amazing Pots for Tots for what promises to be a hugely valuable and informative session for parents navigating the world of feeding little ones.
Founded by mum Cherrelle Beckitt, Pots for Tots was created to make mealtimes easier for busy families, without compromising on nutrition, convenience or taste. Their meals are developed alongside renowned Children’s Dietitian Lucy Upton, giving parents reassurance that every meal is carefully balanced to support healthy growth and development.
During the session, parents will have the opportunity to gain a real wealth of knowledge around:
- Beginning your weaning journey
- Building healthy eating habits
- Nutrition for babies & toddlers
- Feeding confidence & reducing mealtime stress
- Convenient but nutritious meal options for busy families
- Tips, guidance and reassurance from experts in the field
Whether you are preparing to start weaning, currently in the thick of it, or simply looking for inspiration and reassurance, this session is set to be incredibly insightful, supportive and practical.
We are also thrilled to be joined by the amazing Chess Hook — Pre & Postnatal Exercise Coach, who will be hosting a 30-minute empowering strength session. Whether you are preparing your body for birth or rebuilding strength postpartum, Chess’s classes are specifically designed with mums and babies in mind.
Babies are very much welcome to join in the session too — whether they’re happy on a mat beside you or you’d prefer to cuddle them throughout, absolutely everything is baby-friendly and judgement-free.
We’ll also be joined by Bournemouth Day Nursery, who will be bringing along toys and equipment to help entertain little ones throughout the morning. Their lovely team will also be on hand to assist with childcare should you wish to fully enjoy Chess’s session, listen to the weaning talk uninterrupted, or simply eat brunch with two hands for once! And as always, our hosts are more than happy to step in for cuddles too.
Capturing the morning will be the wonderful Sophie Bowdler Photography, taking beautiful candid moments between mum and baby, alongside optional keepsake photographs. The light and backdrop at The Nici truly are next level and always create the most stunning images.
