About this Event
A workshop for pregnant and postpartum women who want to stay active, return to exercise confidently, and better understand how to support their bodies through every stage of motherhood.
Led by a pelvic health physical therapist, Dr. Kelsey Tardif, PT, DPT, this session will cover:
- Core and pelvic floor basics during pregnancy & postpartum
- Exercising without leaking, pressure, or pain
- Returning to lifting and higher-impact workouts confidently
- Breathing, pressure management, and movement strategies for the gym
- Common postpartum symptoms that are common but not normal
Whether you’re currently pregnant, newly postpartum, or years into motherhood and wanting to feel stronger during workouts, this workshop will give you practical tools you can immediately apply in the gym and daily life.
All fitness levels welcome.
