About This Training
Bullying is more than conflict. It affects identity, belonging, and long-term mental health. In today’s digital landscape, it can follow youth beyond school walls.
This session equips adults with tools to recognize relational aggression, intervene effectively, and foster inclusive environments.
In This Session, We’ll Explore:
- Types of bullying, including cyberbullying
- The connection between bullying and mental health outcomes
- Bystander intervention strategies
- Supporting both targets and youth who cause harm
- Building cultures of belonging
