Learn to Stay Safe, Strong, and Confident
This fun and interactive 2-week workshop teaches kids practical self-defense skills through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — helping them build confidence, awareness, and resilience in a safe and supportive environment.
In this workshop, kids will:
• Learn how to take an attacker to the ground safely
• Practice escapes from grabs and holds
• Develop focus, coordination, and discipline
• Gain confidence to handle bullying situations effectively
This workshop is great for kids of all athleticism — no experience needed. We focus on building both physical and mental strength through positive, hands-on training.
What’s Next:
After completing the Bully-Proof Workshop, kids are welcome to join our regular youth programs and continue on their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey — growing their skills, confidence, and discipline week after week.
