About this Event
The newest film by Italian director Antonio Pisu is a co-production between Italy, Bulgaria, and Romania, inspired by true events. The movie transports viewers back to the early 1990s — a time of political change, spy intrigue, and unexpected adventures.
The story follows three friends from Cesena who embark on a journey to Sofia in search of the mysterious Yulia — a girl one of them has fallen in love with. What begins as a romantic mission quickly turns into a whirlwind of comedic misunderstandings, encounters with the Bulgarian underworld, and a spy conspiracy that turns their world upside down.
