Built to Lead is a half-day women's leadership experience designed to help you lead your body, own your identity, and build your capital.
Join us at Chief's private clubhouse for an intimate afternoon of powerful conversations, expert-led sessions, and meaningful connections with women who are building something bigger than themselves.
Most of us have been treating these as three different conversations - three different problems to solve at three different times. But they are one. And they feed each other in ways we rarely stop to examine.
When you are disconnected from your body, your confidence suffers. When your identity hasn't caught up with your capability, your money reflects it. When capital feels out of reach, your impact stays small, no matter how big your vision is.

- BODY (led by Taylor Hall) — Move with intention. A session dedicated to the connection between physical wellness and leadership performance.
- IDENTITY (led by Natanya Bravo) — Own your story. A candid conversation about showing up authentically as a woman in leadership.
- CAPITAL (Money, Power & Purpose) Panel —
Producers of Show Her The Money movie, Catherine Gray (CEO, She Angel Investors) and La Keisha Landrum Pierre (General Partner, Emmeline Ventures) join co-organisers, Shelin David (CFOWorx) and Jade Nikolaou (Gleaux) for a panel on how women build wealth, invest, and use capital to create the world they want to see.
