The School of Built Environment, Engineering and Computing will be holding our annual celebration of our prize winning students in the Ballroom of the Queens Hotel Leeds on Monday, 13 July 2026.
If you have received this link we would hope you are able to attend to celebrate with us. Please complete the form to confirm that you are able to attend and provide us with any dietary or access requirements you may have so we can accommodate this as best as possible.
The evening will start with a drinks reception at 7pm, followed by a welcome from our Dean of School, a three course meal and concluded with the prize giving ceremony.
Each Prize Winner is able to invite two guests to attend, each guest must complete a separate EventBrite booking form to confirm their place. Unfortunately we are not able to offer more than two guest tickets per prize winner due to space constraints.
There will be photography taking place throughout the evening which will be published on our social media accounts. If you do not consent to being included in these images then please contact Helen Jones ([email protected] ) by Friday 10 July to opt out.
The dress code is smart, formal dress. There is no direct access to parking at the Queens Hotel but is it conveniently located next to the Train Station and there is other parking available a short walk away.
