Step into a more intentional way of training.
Lifting Lab is a small-group, hands-on workshop designed to teach you how to actually move your body with purpose. This is not a fast-paced workout where you get missed, it’s a guided experience where you’ll learn the fundamentals behind effective strength training and finally understand what your body is supposed to feel like when you do it right.
During this session, we’ll break down key movement patterns like the hinge, squat, push, and pull along with glute-focused movements like bridges and hip thrusts. You’ll learn why certain muscles aren’t activating, how to fix common mistakes, and how to build strength with precision.
Each attendee will have the opportunity to perform movements and receive individualized coaching in real time, so you don’t just watch. You learn, feel, and apply.
This is a supportive, elevated environment with a mix of beginners and experienced lifters. Whether you’re brand new or looking to refine your technique, you’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to your training.
To close, we’ll open the floor for a short Q&A and give you time to connect with others in the room.
This is your opportunity to experience a private training environment and high-level coaching: typically reserved for clients investing significantly more—at a fraction of the cost.
