In this second workshop in the series, we’ll revisit pelvic embodiment, integrative breath and whole-system awareness, then apply them through guided movement, tension and release work, and a core set of exercises to help your pelvic floor build strength, resilience and ease.

You’re welcome whether you attended Part 1 or are completely new — this workshop stands alone while offering a deeper step into this work.
