About this Event
Perfect for parents and caregivers of children ages 4–11
Join us for an engaging and practical workshop designed to help parents better understand the skills behind their child's behavior, learning, and emotional growth. During this session, we'll explore executive functioning skills such as attention, organization, impulse control, problem-solving, and flexible thinking, as well as the foundations of healthy emotion regulation.
Parents will learn why children struggle with focus, transitions, frustration, and big emotions, and gain simple, research-based strategies to support these developing skills at home. Whether your child is highly sensitive, easily distracted, strong-willed, or simply growing through typical developmental stages, this workshop will provide valuable tools to foster confidence, resilience, self-control, and independence.
Leave equipped with practical activities, a deeper understanding of your child's developing brain, and actionable ways to nurture both strong minds and calm hearts.
