About this Event
Imagine if all the places that provided care to the people in our communities had:
- enough staff
- skilled and experienced staff
- energized staff
We’re talking about the workers and workplaces in hospitals, schools, childcare, mental health, housing & income supports, programs that connect us with neighbours, and so many other services, health teams, institutions, and non-profit organizations.
Do you work in one of these Caring sectors? You can help us build change!
This year we are seeking input from frontline workers and other non-leadership roles.
Join us as we:
- share some early findings from our Caring Workforce Survey
- collaborate with like-minded people across these sectors
- define challenges and possibilities for staff retention, growth and attraction
- brainstorm practical next steps for positive change
Seats are limited. Please reach out to Sonya at [email protected] if you have questions about tickets or the event.
