Wellness Coach Lynn Crimando offers valuable information on how we can support good bone health as we ageAbout this Event
Building Strong Bones for Life
For women in their middle years and beyond, as well as a fair share of men, the reality of thinning bones–osteoporosis or its precursor osteopenia–can be a daunting diagnosis that can affect one's long-term health outlook and increase the risk of fall-related broken bones. This can have dire consequences for older adults. A growing body of research points to numerous lifestyle-changes we can take to prevent fractures and avoid age-related frailty. In this workshop, Integrative Health Coach Lynn Crimando will dispel some common myths and share some of the most recent insights on bone health.
