About this Event
Join us for a program designed for participants aged 8-12 focused on developing social and life skills and strategies to understand emotions.
This program aims to:
1. Improved Emotional and Mental wellbeing
2. Improved Social and Physical wellbeing.
3. Increased awareness, self-worth and confidence
4. Understanding emotions and positive coping strategies
5. Team building, co-operation, concentration and communication skills
This program is funded by the Department of Social Services and is provided at no cost to participants. This program is only offered to young people residing in the City of Swan. We offer support for young people with a focus on managing emotions, building resilience, and addressing concerns like anxious thoughts, emotional regulation, relationship complications, sadness and more, though regrettably, we are currently unable to offer treatment and management for individuals with diagnosed mental health conditions.
