About this Event
In today’s operating environment, resilience is no longer a defensive measure — it is a core strategic capability. Economic uncertainty, supply chain disruption, workforce challenges and rapid technological change are now permanent features of the business landscape.
This event will explore how resilience can be built into People, Finance and Operations — supported by practical examples, real-world experiences and expert viewpoints.
Attendees will gain insight into how to increase organisational readiness, improve flexibility, and embed a proactive approach to risk and change.
