About this Event
Black Mental Health Rocks invites you to join us for our one year anniversary. We are celebrating byhaving food, raffle and particpating in a family orienated activity. We decided to host a family vision board experience with our guest workshop faciltaior Latisha Randle, Mental health Advocate and Mindset Coach and the owner of Create Your Own Destiny Mindeset Coaching and Consulting, LLC. She would lead us in this activity where families work together to create one shard vision amongst themselves.
What To Expect:
- Parent-Child Vision Board Activity
- Children 10 and up may attend, but its mandatory ypur children and parents are there as the goal is to create family goals together
- Family goal setting and affirmations
- Resources to support mental wellness
- Inclusive, fun, and family centered environment
- Light refreshments and raffles
- Supplies are provided
