Building Relationships with Restorative Communication

Restorative practices offer a continuum of approaches from restorative communication to more formal practices like circles. In this course, participants will learn how to use affective questions and statements to engage in restorative chats. We will utilize the non-violent communication model to enhance our communication skills to build and maintain healthy, vibrant relationships.
