About this Event
Building Operator Certification (BOC) is a nationally recognized training and certification program that focuses on energy efficient building operations and preventative maintenance procedures. The Level I training provides building operators with knowledge and skills enhancement in the key activities associated with energy efficient building operations, including HVAC controls, common opportunities for operational improvements and building scoping for energy efficiency. The training includes lectures, discussion, small group exercises, tests and project assignments and will require about 74 hours of time. This series will be taught online through Zoom with live, instructor led lectures on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Central Time. See below for detailed class schedule.
Tuitions for this series is $1,695. Some discounts are available, see below. Additionally, some students may qualify for a tuition reimbursement upon successful completion of the training. The tuition covers all class materials, books, and credential recognition materials. Student handbooks will be shipped directly to registered students. Please provide accurate shipping address at registration checkout. Register before September 2nd, 2025 to ensure your books arrive before the first session.

SCHEDULE: This series will be taught remotely through Zoom with live, instructor led lectures on Tuesdays & Wednesdays between 9:00 a.m. and 12 p.m. Central Time. If a student is unable to attend a session, we will provide recordings of the class and the student will be responsible for watching it and completing any assignments or tests for that class on their own time. Students will be inelligible for tuition reimbursement and certification if they miss more than 12-hours of class time.

CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUND INFORMATION: No refunds will be provided for registrations canceled less than seven business days before the start of the first course in a training series. However, employers may substitute a different employee if the original registrant is unable to participate.
