Organized by the Association of Asian Healthcare Leaders (AAHL), American College of Healthcare Executives – Southern California (ACHE SoCal), Healthcare Financial Management Association – Southern California Chapter (HFMA SoCal), and UCLA Master of Healthcare Administration Student Association (MHASA), this collaborative panel and networking reception brings together students, alumni, and professionals for candid conversations on minority representation, career advancement, and inclusive leadership in healthcare. Panelists will share practical insights on navigating careers as minority professionals, including overcoming barriers, finding mentorship, and building credibility. The conversation will also explore bringing identity into the workplace and how leaders can foster inclusive, community-driven environments that support both professionals and the populations they serve.
