About this Event
This will be an engaging session on the MyPlate guidelines and the Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGAs) to help you discover a balanced way of eating as part of a healthy lifestyle. What is the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables according to MyPlate? What benefits do we get from consuming a variety of foods? What are some simple ways to add them to our daily meals? Let us discuss how to live healthier by eating healthier. Light refreshments will be served. Please RSVP to join us, as space is limited.
