About this Event
Join us for our annual CIPD branch in Hereford and Worcestershire's meeting, where we’ll bring people professionals together to share ideas, exchange experiences and explore what it really takes to build cultures where people can thrive.
We’re delighted to be joined by Liz Gait, who will share practical insights from her work across a wide range of organisations, from local consultancies to international firms, helping them challenge the status quo and create cultures where behaviours truly matter.
Liz’s session will explore:
• Cognitive Diversity – unlocking different ways of thinking
• Creativity – encouraging fresh ideas and innovation
• Psychological Safety – creating environments where people speak up
• Rebel Ideas – challenging conventional thinking
• Agile Thinking – adapting in a fast-changing world
• Performance Enablement – helping people do their best work
Expect a session that is practical, thought-provoking and immediately applicable, with ideas you can take straight back into your organisation.
As part of the evening, we’ll also host our annual branch meeting, giving you an update on what the committee has been working on, our plans ahead, and the opportunity to take part in member voting.
