Founder of Culture Minds, Louise will talk about experiences that lead to her setting up her own business where she works with organisations that want to move beyond good intentions and create cultures that genuinely support people and performance. She partners with leaders and teams to explore how culture really shows up day to day, in decisions, behaviours, power dynamics, and the unwritten rules that shape how work gets done.
Audrey Zannese - Rebuilding Energy & Resiliance
Audrey set up Step into Sophrology after a life changing diagnosis.
Arriving in Leeds from France as an academic she has turned around her own life through taking back control through mind -body pracice that has ebabled her to take back control, to live, work and thrive.
Audrey will show you the tools you too can use to relieve the symtoms of burnout such as stress, anxiety, fatigue and lack of energy.The science-informed practices she uses bring calm and focus, improve sleep, boost energy and build lasting resilience.
Discussion on setting boudaries, the 42% rule and setting personal intentions to build resiliance to burnout over the longer term.
