This self-care series of four classes will explore the power of art in helping you to build emotional resilience and self-worth, release anxieties, and overcome limiting beliefs.

Students: For ages 16 to adults - moms love these classes!

• During this series of classes, you will engage in art activities that are designed to help you understand and release emotions, gain insight into your inner world, and develop skills to bounce back from life's challenges. You will learn how to manage emotions creatively with fun, artistic techniques!

• No artistic skills are required. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting out, this event is for anyone looking to harness the therapeutic benefits of art.
