Led by internationally acclaimed curator Nguyễn Anh Tuấn, this workshop invites participants to rethink how art, community, and institutions intersect in today’s rapidly evolving world.

This workshop offers rare, direct engagement with Nguyễn Anh Tuấn, Artistic Director of Heritage Space (Hanoi), whose work spans major international collaborations including the Goethe-Institut, British Council, and Haus der Kulturen der Welt (Berlin).
Participants will gain access to real-world case studies from Vietnam and Southeast Asia, explore innovative models like the Month of Arts Practice (MAP) and the Vietnam Contemporary Arts Database (VCAD), and learn how independent cultural platforms are built from the ground up—even in challenging environments.
The program concludes with a public presentation, offering participants exposure and dialogue with a wider audience.
