This workshop, “Building Bridges: Strengthening Teen-Parent Relationships,” is created to help both teens and parents develop more open and trusting connections. Through paired yoga and a therapeutic discussion, the space will help define healthy boundaries whilst increasing closeness.Workshop facilitated by Elaine Micallef Avallone, psychotherapist with 20 years experience working with parents and adolescents together with Joanne Buttigieg, a yoga instructor specialized to work with teenagers.
