In our fast-paced world, where most of our day is spent in front of screens and desks, our bodies yearn for a counterbalance. "After Work Reset" is a 6-week yoga + de-stress course, offering a weekly session dedicated to restoring physical and mental equilibrium after your workday and in your everyday life.

What to expect in this unique course?
Reduce desk-related discomfort through functional yoga: Each week, we'll explore movements on the mat specifically designed to address and alleviate the physical stress of desk jobs. Expect to work on realigning the pelvis and spine, opening the chest, as well as engaging the core, helping to improve posture and reduce postural desk-related imbalances. LYT Yoga® - as the foundation of this course - is grounded in the principles of physical therapy and neurodevelopmental training to help you find freedom through smarter and safer movement patterns.
Enhance your mind-body-connection: Delve into somatic exercises that enhance your mind-body connection. These gentle, introspective movements and techniques are key for connecting to your body, leading to improved overall well-being.
Dive into Deep Relaxation: Discover the power of breathing techniques in activating the body’s relaxation responses. Learn to use your breath to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, essential for stress relief and achieving a serene state of mind.
Support the nervous system: Engage in simple practices to stimulate your vagus nerve, vital for reducing stress levels, helping you achieve a sense of calm and groundedness as well as new energy for your everyday life.
Everyday tools: In this course, we'll explore techniques, tools and exercises that you can easily integrate into your day to find some glimmer moments, movement snacks and deeper breaths whenever you need it.
This course is perfect for
...anyone who spends significant time at a desk or feels the need to unwind after work. It's suitable for beginners level, offering valuable practices to enhance your physical and mental well-being on the mat and into your everyday life. The pace of the class is slow and gentle to give EVERY BODY the room to tune in. Please note that this course is limited to 7 persons.
Mats and blocks are provided. Of course, you are very welcome to bring your own mat and maybe a cozy blanket/ pillow for your final relaxation.
Course Duration:
Join us for a 6-week journey, with a weekly session every Tuesday at 7.15 pm. Each class is 75 minutes long, dedicated to your rejuvenation and relaxation.
