Join Nicole and Steph, owners of Alleviate Gym, for a direct conversation about what’s actually happening in your body through perimenopause and menopause and what to do about it. We’ll cover the symptoms most women aren’t told to expect, why strength training and proper nutrition changes everything in this phase of life, and how to train and eat in a way that works with your body, not against it. Just the education every woman should have had years ago.
Nicole and Steph are the owners and head coaches of Alleviate, a women’s only coaching gym based in Hillington. Alleviate specialises in coaching women through perimenopause and menopause, building real strength, rebuilding confidence in the gym, and giving them the tools to train and fuel their bodies properly for the life stage they are actually in. Between them, Nicole and Steph bring expertise in strength training, nutrition, and a genuine understanding of the female body. Their members don’t get generic plans or “one size fits all” advice. They get coaching that meets them where they are and the education to take ownership of their health for good.
