Dog Training Foundation seminar this Saturday, April 20thDo you have a pup with behavior issues you don't know how to address or modify or having difficulty in doing so and/or doesn't know basic behaviors?
Then this seminar is for you. During this seminar, I will discuss how to establish a foundation for any behavior modification and/or teaching program. In part:
* How to establish and maintain a leadership role
* Understanding canine communication, body language, and breed identify and how they relate to dog teaching/behavior modification.
* Dog teaching/behavior modification philosophies & concepts
* Training tools and how to properly utilize them
* How to introduce and reinforce the focus cues, "Watch Me" and "Touch" and the value and purpose of them.
I will have one of my rescue dogs, Lady, present for demonstrations.
As an added bonus, I will be offering complimentary microchipping for up to two pets [of any species that can be safely chipped], at the END of the seminar. All pets must remain in the vehicle until the end of the seminar, IF weather permitting. Well-behaved non-reactive pets will be permitted at the seminar as long as they don't present a distraction.
