About this Event
Join Dr. Katherine Clements, our ecology and natural resources educator to learn more about our five species of owls native to Sarasota County, with a special focus on our smallest resident, the Eastern Screech Owl. Following the presentation, you will have the opportunity to build a screech owl box to provide habitat in ypur very own landscape. Members of the Sarasota County Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources AmeriCorps team will be on hand to assist with the building.
***Register just for the person who is building the owl box. If you wish to have others join you that are not building thier own box, provide that information during registration.
