Class Description
Learn about design / 3D printing / electronics / assembly / music! Select a guitar design kit, and walk step by step through the process to build your own functional 3D printed guitar.
The materials fee for this class is $300. This is separate from the ticket price and is to reimburse the instructor for any tools or materials used in this class. This will be paid once, directly to the instructor at the start of the first class meeting. This instructor accepts Venmo, Zelle or Cash.

A mechanical design engineer and maker who loves turning ideas into real, working products. I’ve worked on everything from jet engine components and coffee machines to portable electric vehicle chargers, ice cream machines, and 3D-printed guitars—basically anything where design meets hands-on building and problem solving.
Target Audience
Musicians, engineers, artists or anyone looking to learn about custom digital fabrication.
Your Ticket Includes
- A complete guitar kit with all components necessary to build your guitar (guitar neck, wooden core, electronics, strings, hardware).
- Filament needed to print the guitar bodies.
- Access to A2's DigiFab Shop and tools for the duration of the session.
Class Policies
Attire: Attendants should wear close-toed slip-resistant shoes (steel-toe work boots are ideal), long pants, and no loose-fitting clothing that could possibly get caught in machinery. Make sure to wear only natural fibers (i.e., cotton, wool, linen, etc) and bring reading glasses if needed for detailed work.
