Foodie Friday Presents: Build Your Own Charcuterie Board with KDM Kitchen x Graza

Join Chef Keegan McManus of KDM Kitchen for a lively, hands-on evening of charcuterie, entertaining tips and elevated bites in partnership with Graza and Cabot Creamery.
The night begins with a live charcuterie demo, where Keegan will share his favorite quick styling, pairing and presentation techniques for building a board that looks impressive without feeling overcomplicated. Then guests will create and style their own personalized charcuterie boards to take home.
The evening includes:
• A live charcuterie demonstration
• Hands-on board building with guidance from Chef Keegan
• A large-format charcuterie spread to enjoy throughout the night
• Graza products and beverages + Cabot Creamery cheeses
• A Q&A covering entertaining, creativity, social media and building a culinary career from the ground up
**Guests will also take home their custom charcuterie board along with Graza products.
About Chef Keegan McManus
Chef Keegan McManus is a 2025 graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education's Culinary Arts program and the founder of KDM Kitchen. What began as selling charcuterie boards at the Jersey Shore quickly evolved into a fast-growing private chef business and social media following.Known for sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses into culinary school and private chef life, Keegan has since cooked for clients including Martha Stewart, Whitney Leavitt and more. He credits his family, friends and the Institute of Culinary Education community for encouraging him to pursue his culinary career.
