This is a 2-hour intensive class that teaches participants how to build and deploy custom AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

By the end, participants will be able to:

• Monitor and optimize their copilots

The class is split into two main hours:

Hour 1 - Foundation and Basics:

• Introduction to Copilot Studio and its evolution from Power Virtual Agents
• Hands-on setup and navigation of the platform
• Building basic conversation flows and understanding core components
• Creating a simple FAQ chatbot as practice

Hour 2 - Advanced Features and Implementation:

• Deep dive into AI capabilities and integrations
• Best practices for conversation design
• Deployment strategies and options
• Real-world implementation techniques
• Hands-on practice with advanced features

Prerequisites are basic Microsoft 365 knowledge, and access to Microsoft Teams. Access to Copilot Studio is highly recommended in order to do the hands-on labs. The class provides a mix of theoretical knowledge and practical application, with about 60% of the time dedicated to hands-on activities.
