About this Event
This is for the people who've always wanted to just try it. Product managers, designers, marketers, founders, operators, or anyone who's had an idea for a small tool, landing page, or playful experiment and didn't know where to start. By the end of the session, you'll have a live website online and a workflow you can use over and over again on your own.
We'll use Claude Code, Codex and VS Code to vibe code a simple site, push it to GitHub, and deploy it live with Vercel.
What you'll do
- Set up your coding environment (VS Code + Claude Code or Codex)
- Run your first local project
- Build and tweak a simple website
- Push your code to GitHub
- Deploy your site live with Vercel
- Connect your own domain
What you'll walk away with
- Your own live website, online by the end of the session
- A clear understanding of the full workflow, from running things locally to pushing into production
- A simple mental model for building things on your own
- A printed step-by-step guide with the key commands to build future projects on your own
Format
- Small group, max 12 people
- Hands-on, bring your laptop (Mac highly preferred!)
- Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks provided
