AmoryR Management and Theme Team are partnering with Managing Prestige — specialists in high-performance creative leadership — to deliver an immersive two-day training experience designed specifically for independent creative professionals in the West Midlands.
Why now, and why this room?
The creative economy is expanding fast, and creative technology is at the centre of that growth — reshaping how culture is made, shared and experienced.
The talent to lead that shift is already here in Birmingham. This weekend is about bringing that talent into one space, building the connections that matter, and getting ready to move when opportunities open up.
What you'll be doing
Over two days, you'll take part in structured, hands-on challenges focused on:
- Critical, creative and lateral thinking
- Behavioural awareness and self-leadership
- Teamwork through live challenges
The training is designed to prepare a dependable, skilled team for freelance opportunities across live and developing projects — including The Fam'ly Experience platform, music and sport-based creative work, archive and heritage film, international training delivery, and creative community projects in Malaysia.
The Weekend

🗓 Saturday 21 March — 9am to 5pm 🗓 Sunday 22 March — 10am to 5pm
Day 2 builds directly on Day 1, so attendance across both days is essential. Drinks, snacks and lunch are provided throughout.
