Build Safety With Authentic Expression at Bloom Embodiment Workshop

What to expect:
This journey is designed to root you in safety, then gently guide you inward to explore the makeup of your divine being. We will merge together the physical, the energetic, and the emotional bodies with the goal of full embodiment of your authentic self.
There will be moments of stillness and softness, moments of deep release. Moments of opening & dissolving walls that you no longer need. We will begin and end in an openness to the coherent field of love that we all are.
Practicing together amplifies our ability to alchemize beyond what we can do on our own, as well as offers co-regulation & creates the conditions for a new level of safety to become paired with our authentic expression.
You will leave feeling clear, connected, and open to receive whatever the new year holds for you.
This will be a substance free environment, however I invite you to utilize any natural medicinal herbs that feel supportive to your nervous system. Teas, tinctures, whatever helps you relax and open. The goal is to come more deeply into the body, not to blast out of it, which is why we will be journeying without medicine.
I will start a WhatsApp group 1 week prior to the event to answer any last minute questions & open a line of communication! I so look forward to this journey with you. Includes 1 week of integration.

What to wear:
Natural, comfortable clothes that allow you to move and express while feeling like yourself. Light layering is recommended for temperature changes. We will be exploring the full range of sensation in this journey. I recommend wearing materials that feel yummy!
What to bring:
A water bottle
A crystal or sacred item if you feel inspired to bring one
A journal + something to write with
