Reset and start building a healthier relationship with food, lasting habits to better nourish your body and support to meet your health and wellness goals for 2026!
4-week workshop series, meeting Saturdays February 7th - 28th, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, Downtown Vancouver
90-minute in-person group for education and support
Registration includes the 4 weekly workshop sessions and includes a 7-day mind-body reset self-paced online program that you can start before, during, or after the workshop.
The 7-day Mind-Body Reset includes a 7-day meal plan (including a plant-based option):
