About this Event

Reset and start building a healthier relationship with food, lasting habits to better nourish your body and support to meet your health and wellness goals for 2026!

4-week workshop series, meeting Saturdays February 7th - 28th, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, Downtown Vancouver

90-minute in-person group for education and support

Registration includes the 4 weekly workshop sessions and includes a 7-day mind-body reset self-paced online program that you can start before, during, or after the workshop.



The 7-day Mind-Body Reset includes a 7-day meal plan (including a plant-based option):

  • Day 1 - Prep Smart, Eat Well
  • Day 2 - Get Moving, Feel Better
  • Day 3 - Hydrate to Feel Great
  • Day 4 - Breathe East, Stress Less
  • Day 5 - Fuel Your Morning Right
  • Day 6 - Wind Down for Better Rest
  • Day 7 - Eat the Rainbow Daily

The Saturday workshop sessions cover the foundations of healthy eating habits in 4 sessions:

  • Week 1 - Aiming for Adequacy
  • Week 2 - Better with Balance
  • Week 3 - Mindful with Moderation
  • Week 4 - Victory through Variety

Info: Week 4 - Victory through Variety: how to utilize the abundance of variety within food groups to enhance nutrient intake; tips to keep healthy eating exciting and expand food horizons with new foods and methods of preparation; incorporating seasonality and thoughtfulness around food shopping to better connect with food and both the people and places it is grown
