Build Beats returns to Movers with the multi-instrumentalist Pete Beardsworth performing live and recording directly onto a 4-track reel-to-reel, as well as a music makers social to share your tunes and gain ideas. It's free, come support your local makers.
Pete Beardsworth is a multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer who has created a wide variety of music including producing Yazmin Lacey's first two EPs. Come and watch him cook up a live demo, recording directly onto a 4-track reel-to-reel, showing how limitation can allow for creative ideas to flow and how recording live in the moment can free you from perfectionism. He will be talking through his process during the event and then sticking around for a Q & A after.
