Elemental Rhythm Breathwork
Building into the rhythmic patterns of a breakthrough experience with a couple of rounds of FLOW (The flow slows things down completely bringing the breather in a deep parasympathetic state, potentially unlocking the nervous system and releasing emotions.) This practice is a medley of movement, breath, meditation and integration time. Perfect combination to relax, release and let go. No experience needed, just an open heart and an open mind.
