This full-day, in-person workshop is designed for leaders who want to move beyond strategy as a document and learn how to use it as a practical tool for decision-making, alignment, and action.
This is not a lecture.
It’s a working day.
You will actively build your own strategic plan and learn how to connect strategy to operations, yearly priorities, and day-to-day work in a way your team can understand and apply.
This workshop is ideal for:
