About this Event
Work with award-winning author Davina Bell in this hands-on workshop at State Library Victoria where stories and imaginations flourish.
Discover how Davina finds inspiration for her books and explore where you can uncover ideas of your own. Together, you’ll unpack what makes a character truly memorable, then send them on an umbrella-themed adventure as you collaboratively craft an original picture-book narrative.
Perfect for children aged 5-12 years.
Have your favourite Davina Bell book signed from 12.45pm at Readings State Library.
Please note: a parent or carer must attend this event for the entire duration with their child/children.
